Description:
Omeeran 150 Tablet contains Ranitidine, a histamine H₂-receptor antagonist that inhibits gastric acid secretion by blocking histamine action at H₂-receptors on gastric parietal cells. This results in reduced gastric acid volume and concentration, aiding in the healing of ulcers and providing symptomatic relief from acid-related disorders.

Warnings and Precautions:

For oral use only.

Use with caution in patients with renal or hepatic impairment.

Avoid in patients with known hypersensitivity to ranitidine.

May mask symptoms of gastric malignancy; rule out before treatment.

Do not use for prolonged periods without medical supervision.

Use during pregnancy or lactation only if clearly indicated.

Dose adjustment may be required in elderly or renally impaired patients.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Headache, dizziness, constipation, diarrhea.
