Omeeran Syrup (Ranitidine 75 Mg + Flavoured Syrupy Base)

Composition:
Each 5 ml of syrup contains:

Ranitidine Hydrochloride IP equivalent to Ranitidine 75 mg ,Flavoured syrupy base  q.s.

Description:
Omeeran Syrup contains Ranitidine, a histamine H₂-receptor antagonist that reduces gastric acid secretion by competitively blocking histamine action at H₂-receptors of the gastric parietal cells. This results in decreased basal and stimulated acid output, promoting ulcer healing and relief from acid-related discomfort.

Warnings and Precautions:

For oral use only.

Shake well before use.

Use with caution in patients with renal or hepatic impairment.

Do not use for prolonged periods without medical advice.

Avoid in patients with known hypersensitivity to ranitidine.

May mask symptoms of gastric carcinoma; rule out malignancy before therapy.

Use during pregnancy or lactation only if prescribed by a physician.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Headache, dizziness, diarrhea, constipation.

Occasional: Rash, fatigue, muscle pain.

Rare: Confusion, bradycardia, hepatotoxicity, hypersensitivity reactions.

Storage:

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, protected from light.

Keep the bottle tightly closed after use.
