Composition:
Each film-coated tablet contains:

Ondansetron 4 mg

Description:

Ondet-4 Tablet contains Ondansetron, a selective 5-HT₃ receptor antagonist used to prevent and manage nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery, and other causes.

Warnings & Precautions:

Caution in patients with hepatic impairment—dose adjustment required.

Risk of QT interval prolongation; avoid in congenital long QT syndrome.

Correct electrolyte abnormalities (low Mg²⁺/K⁺) before starting.

Use carefully with other QT-prolonging or serotonergic drugs.

May mask ileus or gastric distention.

Common:

Headache, Constipation, Fatigue, Dizziness

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, below 25°C.

Protect from light and moisture.

Keep out of reach of children.
