Ondansetron 4 mg

Description:

Ondet-MD is a mouth-dissolving antiemetic tablet containing Ondansetron, a 5-HT₃ receptor blocker used to control and prevent nausea and vomiting. The MD formulation dissolves quickly on the tongue, offering rapid relief for patients who have difficulty swallowing during vomiting episodes.

Precautions:

Use cautiously in patients with liver impairment

May cause QT interval prolongation in susceptible individuals

Avoid alcohol during treatment

Use with caution in children and elderly

Patients with electrolyte imbalance (low potassium/magnesium) should be corrected before use

Avoid if allergic to Ondansetron or similar medicines

Use in pregnancy only if prescribed

Adverse Effects:

Common:

Headache, Constipation, Dizziness, Tiredness

Less Common:

Diarrhea, Flushing, Hiccups
