Composition

Description

ORS Intas is an oral rehydration solution powder used to restore fluids and electrolytes lost due to dehydration, diarrhoea, vomiting, or excessive sweating. The combination of salts and glucose helps enhance water absorption in the body. The orange flavour improves palatability, making it suitable for adults and children.

Precautions

Use only the recommended amount dissolved in the specified volume of clean water.
Do not use undissolved powder directly.
Consult a doctor in cases of severe dehydration, persistent vomiting, or if symptoms worsen.
Not suitable for patients with kidney failure or severe electrolyte imbalance unless advised by a physician.

Adverse Effects

Rare bloating, nausea, or mild abdominal discomfort.
Electrolyte imbalance may occur if overdosed or improperly mixed.
