What is it used for?
Used as a dietary supplement to support joint health and mobility. It may help reduce mild joint discomfort and stiffness.

How does it work?
Glucosamine and collagen peptides provide components involved in cartilage and connective-tissue support. Vitamin C helps normal collagen formation, while boswellia contains compounds with anti-inflammatory activity.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed on the product label. Do not exceed the recommended amount. It may be taken with food if it causes stomach discomfort.

Common side effects
