What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of painful muscle spasms and musculoskeletal pain, such as pain from sprains, strains or other muscle and joint problems.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation, while paracetamol helps relieve pain. Chlorzoxazone helps relax painful muscle spasms.

How to take/use it
Take it only as prescribed by the doctor. It is generally taken with or after food to reduce stomach irritation. Swallow the tablet with water. Do not take other medicines containing paracetamol or diclofenac unless advised by a healthcare professional. Avoid driving or operating machinery if drowsiness or dizziness occurs.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness and drowsiness may occur.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if allergic to diclofenac, paracetamol or similar medicines, or if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, severe liver or kidney disease, or certain heart problems, unless specifically prescribed. Avoid alcohol, as it may increase liver-related risks and drowsiness. Inform the doctor about pregnancy, especially the last trimester, breastfeeding, asthma triggered by painkillers, or use of blood thinners. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin reactions, yellowing of the eyes or skin, or difficulty breathing.
