What is it used for?
This medicine is used to relieve pain, inflammation and swelling, especially in muscle, joint and soft-tissue conditions. It may also be prescribed for pain and swelling after injury or surgery.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that may help reduce inflammatory swelling.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed, preferably with or after food to reduce stomach irritation. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not take it with other diclofenac or NSAID painkillers unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache. Skin rash or other allergic reactions may occur.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if there is a history of allergy to diclofenac, aspirin or other NSAIDs. Tell the doctor about stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, or bleeding disorders. It may interact with blood thinners, steroids, some antidepressants and other painkillers. Avoid during pregnancy unless specifically prescribed, especially during the last 3 months. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, breathing difficulty, facial swelling or a severe skin rash.
