What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever, including muscle, joint, dental or other body pain when prescribed.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces the substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by a doctor or according to the product label. Take with or after food and water to reduce stomach irritation. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or diclofenac, or with other painkillers such as ibuprofen, unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache.

Precautions
Avoid or seek medical advice before use if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or use of blood thinners. Avoid excessive alcohol. Do not use during pregnancy, especially after 20 weeks, unless specifically prescribed. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe allergic reaction, chest pain or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
