What is it used for?
This combination provides short-term relief of common cold and flu-like symptoms such as fever, headache, body aches, blocked or runny nose, sneezing and nasal congestion. It relieves symptoms but does not cure the underlying infection.

How does it work?
Nimesulide reduces pain and fever, phenylephrine helps reduce nasal congestion, and cetirizine reduces allergy-related sneezing and runny nose. Caffeine may enhance pain relief and help reduce drowsiness.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Swallow with water, preferably after food. Do not take more than recommended or combine it with other cold, antihistamine, decongestant or pain-relief medicines unless advised.

Common side effects
Nausea, stomach discomfort, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, headache, palpitations, restlessness or difficulty sleeping may occur.

Precautions
Avoid alcohol. Consult a doctor before use if there is liver disease, stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disease or glaucoma. Stop use and seek medical help for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe stomach pain, vomiting blood, breathing difficulty or allergic swelling. Drowsiness may occur; avoid driving if affected. Avoid excess caffeine. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only on medical advice.
