Pantaquik D 15 Tab (Pantoprazole Sodium 40Mg + Domperidone 10Mg) By Intas

What is it used for?
Used to relieve acid reflux and heartburn, including symptoms such as regurgitation and indigestion. It may also help relieve nausea or vomiting associated with these stomach problems.

How does it work?
Pantoprazole reduces the production of stomach acid. Domperidone helps improve movement of the upper digestive tract and reduces nausea and vomiting.

How to take/use it
Take exactly as prescribed. Swallow the tablet whole with water and do not crush or chew it. Do not change the dose or duration without medical advice.

Common side effects
Headache, diarrhoea, nausea, stomach pain, dry mouth, or constipation may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is a history of heart rhythm problems, liver or kidney disease, or if medicines that affect heart rhythm are being taken. Seek medical help for a fast or irregular heartbeat, fainting, severe diarrhoea, or an allergic reaction. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
