Composition:

Each hard gelatin capsule contains:

Pantoprazole Sodium Sesquihydrate equivalent to Pantoprazole 40 mg , Domperidone 10 mg (as sustained/controlled release form)

Description:

Pantaquik DSR is a dual-action gastro-resistant capsule combining a proton pump inhibitor (Pantoprazole) with a prokinetic agent (Domperidone).

This combination provides effective relief from acid reflux, GERD, gastritis, peptic ulcer symptoms, and nausea associated with acid disorders.

Warnings and Precautions:

Contraindicated in patients with prolactin-secreting tumors, moderate to severe hepatic impairment, or known hypersensitivity to either ingredient.

Should be used cautiously in patients with cardiac disorders due to risk of QT prolongation with Domperidone.

Avoid if having gastric bleeding, obstruction, or perforation.

Long-term PPI use may cause vitamin B12 deficiency, hypomagnesemia, or bone fractures.

Do not consume alcohol while taking this medicine.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women should take only after medical advice.

Adverse Effects:

Headache, dizziness, Diarrhea or constipation, Abdominal pain or bloating, Dry mouth, Rash or allergic reactions (rare), Increased prolactin levels (with long-term Domperidone use), Fatigue, flatulence
