What is it used for?
Paracetamol 650 mg is used to reduce fever and relieve mild to moderate pain, such as headache, body pain, toothache and muscle aches.

How does it work?
It reduces the production of chemicals involved in pain and helps lower raised body temperature.

How to take/use it
Take it by mouth with water, exactly as directed on the pack or by a healthcare professional. Do not take more than the recommended amount or use it for longer than advised. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol.

Common side effects
Side effects are uncommon when taken as recommended. Nausea, stomach discomfort or skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Do not use if allergic to paracetamol. Seek medical advice before use if there is liver disease, kidney disease, regular heavy alcohol use or poor nutrition.
