What is it used for?
This medicine is mainly used to relieve nerve pain (neuropathic pain), including pain linked with diabetes, nerve injury or other nerve conditions.

How does it work?
Pregabalin reduces excessive nerve signals that cause pain. Mecobalamin, a form of vitamin B12, supports normal nerve function.

How to take/use it
Take it only as prescribed, at the recommended time and dose. It may be taken with or without food. Swallow the tablet/capsule whole and do not stop it suddenly without medical advice.

Common side effects
Dizziness, sleepiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, constipation, swelling of the hands or feet, increased appetite and weight gain.

Precautions
Avoid driving or operating machinery until its effects are known. Avoid or limit alcohol, as it may increase sleepiness and dizziness. Tell the doctor about kidney disease, breathing problems, pregnancy or breastfeeding, or a history of medicine dependence. Seek urgent help for facial or throat swelling, breathing difficulty or a severe allergic reaction.
