What is it used for?
This combination is mainly used to relieve neuropathic (nerve-related) pain, which may feel like burning, tingling, shooting or electric-shock-like pain.

How does it work?
Pregabalin and nortriptyline reduce abnormal pain signals in the nerves. Methylcobalamin, a form of vitamin B12, supports normal nerve function.

How to take/use it
Take it only as prescribed by the doctor and follow the prescribed schedule. It may cause drowsiness, so avoid driving until its effects are known. Do not stop it suddenly without medical advice.

Common side effects
Dizziness, sleepiness, dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, nausea, increased appetite, weight gain and swelling of the hands or feet.
