What is it used for?
This medicine is used to relieve nerve pain caused by nerve damage (neuropathic pain), including pain linked with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

How does it work?
Pregabalin reduces abnormal pain signals in the nerves. Methylcobalamin, alpha-lipoic acid, pyridoxine and folic acid support nerve function and may help protect damaged nerves.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed by the doctor. Do not change the dose or stop it suddenly, as this may cause withdrawal symptoms or worsening pain. Avoid driving or operating machinery until its effect is known.

Common side effects
Dizziness, sleepiness, blurred vision, tiredness, dry mouth, constipation, swelling of the hands or feet, increased appetite and weight gain.

Precautions
Use only under medical advice if there is kidney disease, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol and use caution with sleeping tablets, opioid painkillers or other medicines that cause drowsiness.
