What is it used for?
This medicine is used to treat neuropathic (nerve) pain, which may feel like burning, shooting pain, tingling or electric-shock sensations.

How does it work?
Pregabalin and nortriptyline reduce abnormal pain signals in the nerves and brain. Mecobalamin, a form of vitamin B12, helps support normal nerve function.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed. Swallow the sustained-release tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew it. It may cause drowsiness, so avoid driving until its effects are known. Do not stop treatment suddenly without medical advice.

Common side effects
Dizziness, drowsiness, tiredness, blurred vision, dry mouth, constipation, nausea, weight gain and swelling of the hands or feet.

Precautions
Avoid alcohol and activities requiring alertness if drowsy or dizzy. Tell the doctor about kidney disease, glaucoma, urinary problems, heart disease, pregnancy or breastfeeding.
