Composition:
Ofloxacin 200 mg.

Uses:
Used to treat certain bacterial infections, including infections of the urinary tract, respiratory tract, skin and soft tissues, and gastrointestinal tract. It is effective only against susceptible bacterial infections and should be used when prescribed by a doctor.

How to Use:
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, preferably at the same time each day. Swallow the tablet with water and complete the prescribed course, even if you feel better. Avoid taking it together with antacids or supplements containing aluminium, magnesium, iron, or zinc; separate them as advised by your doctor.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have a history of tendon problems, seizures, heart rhythm problems, kidney disease, or myasthenia gravis. Ofloxacin may rarely cause serious tendon problems, nerve-related effects, or changes in heart rhythm. Avoid unnecessary exposure to strong sunlight and seek medical advice if severe or unusual symptoms occur.

Possible Side Effects:
Possible side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach discomfort, headache, dizziness, and insomnia. Rarely, serious allergic reactions, tendon inflammation or rupture, nerve problems, or severe diarrhoea may occur. Seek medical attention if you develop severe pain or swelling in a tendon, numbness or tingling, breathing difficulty, or persistent severe diarrhoea.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Ofloxacin is generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless specifically prescribed by a doctor after assessing the potential benefits and risks.

Storage:
Store at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
