Each gram of cream contains:

Beclometasone Dipropionate IP – 0.025% w/w,Neomycin Sulphate IP – 0.5% w/w,Clotrimazole IP – 1% w/w,Excipients – q.s.

Description:
Queliderm Cream is a combination topical preparation with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal properties.

This combination is used to treat infected eczematous, inflammatory, and fungal skin conditions.

Warnings and Precautions:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or mucous membranes.

Prolonged use of corticosteroids may cause skin thinning, striae, or local immunosuppression.

Discontinue if irritation, rash, or hypersensitivity occurs.

Use cautiously in children and avoid applying over large surface areas.

Not for chronic use without medical supervision.

Adverse Effects:

Local irritation, burning, or stinging

Skin atrophy, striae, or hypopigmentation (prolonged use)

Allergic contact dermatitis (rare)

Storage:
Store below 25°C, protected from light and moisture.
Keep the tube tightly closed.
