Raboness DSR Tab (Rabeprazole 20mg + Domperidone 30mg SR)

Composition (per SR capsule/tablet):

Rabeprazole 20 mg – Proton pump inhibitor (reduces stomach acid).
Domperidone 30 mg SR – Prokinetic & antiemetic (improves gastric motility and reduces nausea).

Description:

Raboness DSR is used for:
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
Severe acidity, heartburn & hyperacidity
Nausea, vomiting & bloating due to delayed gastric emptying
Gastritis & acid reflux with motility-related symptoms

Rabeprazole controls acid secretion, while sustained-release Domperidone improves gastric emptying and prevents nausea.

Precautions:

Avoid in patients with heart rhythm disorders (QT prolongation).
Use with caution in liver impairment.
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless prescribed.
Avoid taking with alcohol or spicy foods.
Do not crush or chew the SR formulation.

Adverse Effects:

Headache or dizziness
Dry mouth
Diarrhea or constipation
Abdominal cramps
Breast tenderness or galactorrhea (Domperidone-related)
Rare: allergic rash, palpitations

Store in a cool, dry place, below 25°C.
