Composition (per capsule/tablet):

Rabeprazole 20 mg – Proton pump inhibitor that suppresses gastric acid secretion.
Domperidone 30 mg (Sustained Release) – Prokinetic and antiemetic; enhances stomach emptying and reduces nausea.

Description:

Rabonet DSR is a dual-action formulation designed for the management of:
GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease)
Severe acidity and heartburn
Acid reflux with nausea, vomiting, bloating
Gastritis associated with delayed gastric emptying

Rabeprazole provides long-lasting acid control, while Domperidone SR improves gastrointestinal motility.

Precautions:

Avoid in patients with prolonged QT interval or known cardiac arrhythmias.
Use carefully in liver disease.
Avoid during pregnancy/breastfeeding unless advised by a physician.
Do not take with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, erythromycin).
Swallow the SR capsule whole—do not crush or chew.
