Ramipril IP – 2.5 mg ,Excipients – q.s.

Description:
Rami Race 2.5 mg Tablet contains Ramipril, an ACE inhibitor used to manage hypertension, heart failure, and to prevent cardiovascular events.
It lowers blood pressure by blocking the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II, resulting in vasodilation and reduced fluid retention.

Warnings and Precautions:

For oral use only.

Use cautiously in patients with renal impairment or dehydration.

Contraindicated in pregnancy.

Monitor blood pressure, serum potassium, and renal function.

Avoid potassium supplements unless prescribed.

Adverse Effects:

Dizziness, fatigue, headache

Dry cough

Hypotension, hyperkalemia

Rarely: Rash, angioedema, renal impairment
