What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and swelling in muscle and joint conditions, including pain after injuries or procedures.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that may help reduce inflammatory swelling.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with or after food. Do not take it with other diclofenac or NSAID painkillers unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Stomach pain or discomfort, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache.

Precautions
Avoid use if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, allergy to diclofenac or other NSAIDs, or severe kidney, liver or heart disease unless specifically advised by a doctor. Tell the doctor if taking blood thinners or medicines that may increase bleeding risk. Avoid during pregnancy, especially from 20 weeks onwards and in the third trimester, unless prescribed. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, breathing difficulty, facial swelling or a serious skin reaction.
