What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and swelling, especially in muscle, joint and other painful inflammatory conditions. Use it only for the condition advised by a doctor.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation, while paracetamol helps relieve pain. Serratiopeptidase may help reduce swelling associated with inflammation.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed, preferably with or after food, and swallow it with water. Do not take additional paracetamol, diclofenac or other painkillers from the same group unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache. Serratiopeptidase-containing medicines may also increase the risk of bleeding in some people.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or a bleeding disorder. Avoid excessive alcohol. Do not use during pregnancy, especially the last 3 months, unless specifically prescribed. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin rash or breathing difficulty.
