Composition:
Rifaximin 550 mg.

Uses:
Used to treat certain bacterial conditions of the gastrointestinal tract. It is commonly prescribed for reducing the risk of recurrence of overt hepatic encephalopathy in adults and may also be used for other specific intestinal conditions as directed by a doctor.

How to Use:
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Take it at regular intervals and do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have severe liver disease, fever, blood in the stool, or severe or persistent diarrhoea. Tell your doctor about all medicines and supplements you are taking. Seek medical advice if symptoms worsen or do not improve.

Possible Side Effects:
Possible side effects include nausea, abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, dizziness, headache, and swelling of the hands or feet. Seek medical attention for severe or persistent diarrhoea, severe skin reactions, swelling, or breathing difficulty.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only when prescribed by a doctor after assessing the potential benefits and risks.

Storage:
Store at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
