What is it used for?
Used for temporary relief of pain and inflammation in muscles and joints, including sprains, strains and arthritis-related pain.

How does it work?
Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine that reduces substances causing pain and inflammation. Methyl salicylate provides additional local pain-relieving action when applied to the skin.

How to take/use it
For external use only. Apply to clean, intact skin over the painful area as directed on the product label or by a healthcare professional. Wash hands after use and avoid contact with the eyes, mouth and other sensitive areas. Do not apply to cuts, wounds or irritated skin, and do not cover tightly unless advised.

Common side effects
Application-site burning, redness, itching, dryness, rash or irritation.

Precautions
Do not use if allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, other NSAIDs or any ingredient. Stop using it and seek medical advice if severe skin irritation, swelling, breathing difficulty or an allergic reaction occurs. Avoid use on broken skin, near the eyes or under tight dressings. Ask a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy, especially in the last three months, or if there is a history of stomach ulcers, kidney disease, asthma triggered by painkillers, or sensitivity to salicylates. Avoid using other diclofenac or NSAID products at the same time unless advised.
