Composition:
Ofloxacin 200 mg + Lactic Acid Bacillus 60 million spores.

Uses:
Used to treat certain bacterial infections, including some gastrointestinal infections. Lactic Acid Bacillus is included as a probiotic to help support healthy intestinal bacteria during antibiotic treatment.

How to Use:
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Complete the prescribed course even if you feel better. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have kidney disease, seizures, heart rhythm problems, tendon disorders, or myasthenia gravis. Ofloxacin may rarely cause tendon problems, nerve-related effects, or changes in heart rhythm. Avoid taking it at the same time as antacids or supplements containing aluminium, magnesium, iron, or zinc; follow your doctor’s instructions regarding timing.

Possible Side Effects:
Possible side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach discomfort, headache, dizziness, and insomnia. Rarely, serious allergic reactions, tendon injury, nerve problems, or severe diarrhoea may occur. Seek medical attention for severe tendon pain or swelling, numbness or tingling, breathing difficulty, or persistent severe diarrhoea.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only when prescribed by a doctor after assessing the potential benefits and risks.

Storage:
Store at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
