Description:

Ronflox-Lb Tablets is a combination of a broad-spectrum antibiotic (Ofloxacin) and a probiotic (Lactic Acid Bacillus) formulated to treat bacterial infections while maintaining intestinal flora balance.

Ofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, effective against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.

Lactic Acid Bacillus replenishes beneficial gut bacteria, helping to prevent antibiotic-associated diarrhea and maintain intestinal health during or after antibiotic therapy.

This combination is useful in urinary tract infections, gastrointestinal infections, respiratory infections, and other bacterial infections where probiotic support is beneficial.

Warnings and Precautions:

For oral use only.

Use with caution in patients with renal or hepatic impairment.

Avoid in patients with hypersensitivity to Ofloxacin or other fluoroquinolones.

Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women unless prescribed.

May cause superinfection with prolonged use.

Separate ingestion of antacids, iron, or dairy products by 2–3 hours from the tablet to ensure proper absorption.

Patients with tendon disorders or neurological issues should use under supervision.

Occasional: Dizziness, metallic taste, rash.
