Composition:
Ofloxacin 50 mg + Metronidazole 120 mg + Simethicone 10 mg.

Uses:
Used to treat certain gastrointestinal infections caused by susceptible bacteria and other microorganisms. Simethicone helps relieve gas, bloating, and abdominal discomfort associated with excessive intestinal gas.

How to Use:
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, preferably at the same time each day. Swallow the medicine with water. Complete the prescribed course even if you feel better. Avoid alcohol during treatment with metronidazole and for at least 48 hours after the last dose.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease, seizures, heart rhythm problems, tendon disorders, or nerve problems. Ofloxacin may rarely cause tendon injury, nerve-related effects, or changes in heart rhythm. Avoid taking ofloxacin at the same time as antacids or supplements containing aluminium, magnesium, iron, or zinc; follow your doctor’s instructions regarding timing.

Possible Side Effects:
Possible side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach discomfort, headache, dizziness, metallic taste, and bloating. Seek medical attention for severe or persistent diarrhoea, tendon pain or swelling, numbness or tingling, severe skin reactions, or breathing difficulty.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
This medicine should be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding only when specifically prescribed by a doctor after assessing the potential benefits and risks.

Storage:
Store at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
