Salburesp 2.5 Respoules (2.5Ml) Salbutamol 2.5 Mg by Elder

What is it used for?
Salbutamol is used to relieve breathing difficulty, wheezing and chest tightness caused by asthma and other airway conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

How does it work?
It relaxes the muscles around the airways, helping them open and making it easier to breathe.

How to take/use it
This 2.5 mg medicine is generally used by inhalation through a nebuliser, exactly as prescribed. Do not swallow it, and follow the instructions for the nebuliser device. Do not use more often than recommended.

Common side effects
Shakiness or tremors, nervousness, headache, muscle cramps, throat irritation and a fast or pounding heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
Use with caution in people with heart disease, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, diabetes or low blood potassium. Seek medical attention if breathing becomes worse, the medicine provides less relief than usual, or severe chest pain or a very fast heartbeat occurs.
