Seldruf Shampoo (25X120Ml) Selenium Sulphide Usp 2.5% W/V by Elder

What is it used for?
Selenium sulphide 2.5% is used on the scalp to treat dandruff and seborrhoeic dermatitis. It may also be used on the skin to treat tinea versicolor, a fungal infection that causes lighter or darker patches.

How does it work?
It reduces the growth of certain fungi and slows the excessive shedding of skin cells that causes flaking.

How to take/use it
For external use only. Apply to the affected scalp or skin exactly as directed on the label or by a doctor. Avoid the eyes and rinse thoroughly after use. Do not use more often or for longer than recommended.

Common side effects
Mild skin or scalp irritation, dryness, itching, or changes in hair texture or oiliness may occur.

Precautions
Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and other sensitive areas. Do not apply to broken, scratched, or severely inflamed skin unless advised by a doctor. Stop use and seek medical advice if severe irritation, rash, or worsening symptoms occur. Wash hands after applying and keep out of reach of children.
