What is it used for?
Used to relieve cough with mucus and chest congestion, especially when airway tightening or breathing difficulty is also present. It helps loosen and clear phlegm from the airways.

How does it work?
Terbutaline relaxes the muscles of the airways to help breathing. Bromhexine and guaiphenesin thin and loosen mucus, making it easier to cough out.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Measure the syrup with the supplied measuring device and do not use a household spoon. Do not take more or use it for longer than recommended.

Common side effects
Shakiness, nervousness, headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, or a fast heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
Use with medical advice if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, an overactive thyroid, or a history of seizures.
