What is it used for?
Fradiomycin sulphate is a topical antibacterial used to treat or prevent bacterial infections of the skin, including infected minor cuts, wounds and burns.

How does it work?
It stops susceptible bacteria from making essential proteins, which prevents their growth.

How to take/use it
For external use only. Apply to the affected area as directed by a doctor or the product label. Clean and dry the area first, and wash hands before and after use. Do not apply in the eyes or swallow it.

Common side effects
Skin irritation, redness, itching or rash. Allergic contact dermatitis may occur.

Precautions
Do not use if allergic to fradiomycin, neomycin or similar aminoglycoside antibiotics. Avoid prolonged use or applying to large areas, deep wounds or severely damaged skin unless advised by a doctor. Stop use and seek medical advice if the infection worsens or a severe rash or swelling develops.
