What is it used for?
This combination is used as a nutritional supplement to help provide riboflavin (vitamin B2), folic acid and niacinamide (vitamin B3), along with beneficial Lactobacillus bacteria. It may be recommended when these nutrients or beneficial gut bacteria need supplementation.

How does it work?
The vitamins support energy production, healthy blood cells and normal body functions. Lactobacillus helps support the balance of beneficial bacteria in the intestines.

How to take/use it

Common side effects
Nausea, stomach discomfort, bloating or changes in bowel movements may occur. Riboflavin may harmlessly turn urine bright yellow.
