Each uncoated tablet contains:

Dicyclomine Hydrochloride IP – 20 mg,Paracetamol IP – 325 mg,Excipients – q.s.

Description:
Spasmonil Tablet is a combination of an antispasmodic and an analgesic-antipyretic used to relieve abdominal pain and spasms.

This combination offers effective relief in conditions such as abdominal cramps, menstrual pain, intestinal colic, and irritable bowel syndrome.

For oral use only.

Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney impairment.

Avoid in patients with glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, or obstructive uropathy.

Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation unless advised by a physician.

Avoid concurrent use with alcohol or other hepatotoxic drugs.

Adverse Effects:

Dry mouth, dizziness, blurred vision

Nausea, constipation

Rarely: Allergic reactions, hepatotoxicity with prolonged or excessive paracetamol use
