Sucrader O Suspn (200Ml) Sucralfate 1000Mg, Oxetacaine 10Mg by Elder

What is it used for?
Used to help treat stomach and duodenal ulcers, gastritis and other acid-related stomach problems. It can also help relieve burning or pain caused by irritation of the stomach lining.

How does it work?
Sucralfate forms a protective coating over ulcers and irritated areas, helping shield them from stomach acid. Oxetacaine is a local anaesthetic that helps reduce pain and burning in the affected area.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed. Sucralfate is usually taken on an empty stomach or before meals when directed. Keep a suitable gap from other medicines if advised, as it may affect their absorption. Do not change the dose or duration without medical advice.

Common side effects
Constipation, nausea, indigestion, dry mouth and stomach discomfort.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is kidney disease, difficulty swallowing, or an allergy to either ingredient. Inform the doctor about all other medicines being taken, as sucralfate can reduce the absorption of some medicines. Seek medical advice before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not continue treatment for persistent or worsening stomach pain without medical review.
