Composition:

Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 100 mg per ml

Description:

THIAPRO Injection contains Thiamine, a water-soluble vitamin essential for carbohydrate metabolism and proper functioning of the nervous system. It is used to treat or prevent thiamine deficiency, beriberi, Wernicke’s encephalopathy, alcoholic neuropathy, and other conditions associated with Vitamin B1 deficiency. It helps in energy production and supports nerve, muscle, and cardiovascular function.

Precautions:

THIAPRO should be administered under medical supervision. Caution is advised in patients with hypersensitivity to thiamine or any component of the formulation. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding should be based on a physician’s recommendation. Patients should inform the doctor about all medications and supplements being taken.

Adverse Effects:

Generally well tolerated. Rarely, mild adverse effects such as injection site pain, redness, itching, nausea, or allergic reactions may occur. Severe hypersensitivity or anaphylactic reactions are very rare.

Storage:

Store below 25°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep ampoules in the original packaging until use. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiry date.
