Description:

TIGITECH-50 Vial contains Tigecycline, a broad-spectrum glycylcycline antibiotic used to treat complicated skin and soft tissue infections, complicated intra-abdominal infections, and community-acquired bacterial pneumonia. Tigecycline works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, effectively combating both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including multidrug-resistant strains.

Precautions:

TIGITECH-50 should be administered under medical supervision. Use with caution in patients with liver impairment, pancreatitis, or hypersensitivity to tetracycline-class antibiotics. It is not recommended for use in children under 18 years of age. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should use only if clearly prescribed. Inform your physician of all ongoing medications to prevent interactions, particularly with anticoagulants or other antibiotics.

Adverse Effects:

Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, and injection-site reactions. Rare but serious effects include severe hypersensitivity, liver enzyme elevation, pancreatitis, or coagulation abnormalities.

Storage:

Store below 25°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep the vial in the original packaging until use. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiry date.
