Each tablet contains Teneligliptin 20 mg and Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg along with approved excipients.

Description:
Tinaglob M 1000 Tablets are an oral antidiabetic combination used for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Teneligliptin is a DPP-4 inhibitor that improves glycemic control by increasing incretin levels, thereby enhancing insulin secretion and reducing glucagon levels. Metformin reduces hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity. The combination helps achieve better blood glucose control and reduces the risk of diabetes-related complications.

Precautions:
Use under medical supervision. Not recommended in patients with severe renal or hepatic impairment, metabolic acidosis, or type 1 diabetes. Monitor renal function regularly.
