What is it used for?
Used for the short-term treatment of moderate to severe pain when a combination of tramadol and paracetamol is appropriate.

How does it work?
Tramadol acts on the central nervous system to reduce the sensation of pain. Paracetamol also reduces pain signals, providing additional pain relief.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor and swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not take more than prescribed or use it with other medicines containing paracetamol or tramadol. Do not stop or continue treatment longer than advised without medical guidance.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, constipation, dry mouth and headache.

Precautions
Avoid alcohol and other medicines that cause drowsiness unless advised by a doctor. Do not drive or operate machinery if dizzy or sleepy. Tell the doctor about breathing problems, seizures, liver disease, head injury, or a history of medicine dependence. Inform the doctor about antidepressants or other medicines being taken. Seek urgent medical help for slow or difficult breathing, extreme sleepiness, a seizure, severe allergic reaction or confusion.
