Tranexamic Acid IP – 500 mg

Description:

Trantas 500 Tablet contains Tranexamic Acid, an antifibrinolytic agent that helps control and reduce abnormal or excessive bleeding.
It works by preventing the breakdown of blood clots (inhibits plasminogen activation), thereby reducing bleeding duration and volume.

Warnings and Precautions:

Avoid alcohol and unnecessary NSAID use during treatment.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by a doctor.

Adverse Effects:

Nausea, vomiting, Diarrhea, Headache, Dizziness, Muscle cramps, Rare: visual changes, allergic reactions, thrombotic events
