Description:

ULINATECH Vial contains Ulinastatin, a urinary trypsin inhibitor with anti-inflammatory and protease-inhibiting properties. It is used in the management of acute pancreatitis, systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS), sepsis, and other conditions associated with excessive inflammatory responses. Ulinastatin helps stabilize cell membranes, inhibit enzyme-mediated tissue damage, and reduce inflammation.

Precautions:

ULINATECH should be administered under strict medical supervision. Caution is advised in patients with known hypersensitivity to Ulinastatin or any component of the formulation. Use with care in patients with liver or kidney impairment. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should use only if prescribed by a physician. All ongoing medications and allergies should be disclosed before administration.

Adverse Effects:

Generally well tolerated. Rarely, patients may experience mild nausea, fever, rash, itching, or injection-site reactions. Severe hypersensitivity or anaphylactic reactions are very rare but possible.

Storage:

Store below 25°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep the vial in the original packaging until use. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiry date.
