Urdispas Tabs (10X15) Flavoxate Hydrochloride 200 Mg by Elder

What is it used for?
Flavoxate is used to relieve urinary symptoms caused by bladder or urinary-tract spasms, such as frequent urination, urgency, painful urination and bladder discomfort. It may be prescribed for conditions such as cystitis or irritation related to urinary procedures, but it does not treat a urinary infection itself.

How does it work?
It relaxes the smooth muscles of the bladder and urinary tract, helping reduce unwanted bladder contractions and urinary urgency.

How to take/use it
Take it by mouth exactly as prescribed by the doctor. Do not take more or use it for longer than recommended. Continue any antibiotic or other treatment prescribed for an underlying urinary infection.

Common side effects
Dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, blurred vision, headache, dizziness and drowsiness.

Precautions
Use only on medical advice if there is glaucoma, difficulty passing urine or suspected urinary retention, or blockage of the stomach or intestines. Dizziness, drowsiness or blurred vision may occur; avoid driving or operating machinery until the effects are known. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Seek medical advice for fever, blood in the urine, severe pain or worsening urinary symptoms.
