Each capsule contains:

Tamsulosin Hydrochloride IP 0.4 mg

Description:
Urinfen 0.4 Capsule contains Tamsulosin, an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor antagonist used to manage benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men.
It works by relaxing the smooth muscles of the prostate and urinary tract, improving urine flow and reducing symptoms of urinary obstruction, such as difficulty in urination, weak stream, and frequent urination.

Warnings and Precautions:

Take once daily after the same meal, preferably in the evening.

Use with caution in patients with severe liver or kidney impairment.

May cause dizziness or fainting, especially after the first dose; avoid driving or operating machinery until effects are known.

Inform your doctor if taking other blood pressure medications or nitrates.

Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation (though generally not used in women).

Adverse Effects:
Dizziness, headache, nasal congestion, abnormal ejaculation, fatigue, or orthostatic hypotension. Rarely, severe allergic reactions may occur.

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture.
