What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of pain, swelling and muscle spasms associated with musculoskeletal conditions such as muscle strains, sprains and painful joint or back conditions.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces pain and inflammation, while paracetamol helps relieve pain. Chlorzoxazone acts as a muscle relaxant to reduce muscle stiffness and spasms.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed, preferably with or after food and with water. Do not take more than the prescribed amount or use it for longer than advised. Do not combine it with other medicines containing diclofenac or paracetamol unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, heartburn, diarrhoea, dizziness, drowsiness and headache may occur.

Precautions
Avoid driving or operating machinery if dizzy or drowsy. Seek medical advice before use if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or allergy to painkillers. Avoid alcohol, as it may increase drowsiness and liver-related risks. Do not use during pregnancy, especially the last three months, unless specifically prescribed. Seek urgent help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin reactions, breathing difficulty or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
