Xylostar 0.1% Nasal Drop (Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.1%)

Composition (Each mL contains):

Xylometazoline Hydrochloride IP – 0.1% w/v

Description:

Xylostar 0.1% Nasal Drops contains Xylometazoline, a topical nasal decongestant belonging to the sympathomimetic (alpha-adrenergic agonist) class.
It provides quick relief from nasal congestion caused by:

Common cold,Allergic rhinitis,Sinusitis,Upper respiratory tract infections

It works by constricting nasal blood vessels, reducing swelling, and allowing easier breathing.
Recommended for adults and children above 12 years.

Warnings and Precautions:

Do NOT use for more than 5–7 days to avoid rebound congestion (rhinitis medicamentosa).

Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by a physician.

Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Adverse Effects:

Nasal irritation or burning

Dryness of nasal mucosa

Sneezing

Headache

Rare: Palpitations, increased blood pressure

Storage:

Store at room temperature, below 30°C.

Protect from light and moisture.

Keep bottle tightly closed after use.
