What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of common cold and flu symptoms such as fever, headache, body aches, nasal congestion and allergy-related symptoms like sneezing or a runny nose.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac and paracetamol help reduce pain and fever. Phenylephrine helps relieve blocked nose, while cetirizine reduces allergy symptoms; caffeine may enhance pain relief and alertness.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by a doctor or according to the product label, preferably with or after food and with water. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol, aceclofenac or similar painkillers unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach discomfort, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, nervousness, difficulty sleeping, palpitations or increased blood pressure may occur.

Precautions
