What is it used for?
Aceclofenac 100 mg with paracetamol 325 mg is used for short-term relief of pain and inflammation, including muscle, joint and arthritis-related pain.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces the substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor. It is usually taken with or after food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow with water and do not take more than the recommended amount. Do not combine it with other medicines containing paracetamol or aceclofenac unless advised.

Common side effects
Indigestion, nausea, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness and skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if allergic to aceclofenac, paracetamol or similar painkillers. Tell the doctor about stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or pregnancy. Avoid excessive alcohol. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin rash, breathing difficulty, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or severe stomach pain.
