What is it used for?
Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg is used to relieve pain and inflammation, especially in muscle, joint and arthritis-related conditions. It may also help reduce fever associated with painful conditions.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces the substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever through a different action.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor. Swallow the tablet with water, preferably with or after food, and do not take more than directed. Do not combine it with other medicines containing paracetamol or other painkillers unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache may occur. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, skin rash, breathing difficulty or yellowing of the eyes or skin.

Precautions
Tell the doctor about stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or regular alcohol use. Avoid use during pregnancy unless specifically prescribed, especially during the last three months. Use cautiously in older adults and do not take with other aceclofenac, NSAID or paracetamol-containing products without medical advice.
