What is it used for?
This medicine is used to relieve pain, inflammation and swelling, especially in muscle, joint and other painful inflammatory conditions. It may also help reduce fever.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and fever, while serratiopeptidase may help reduce inflammation and swelling.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor. It is generally taken with or after food to reduce stomach irritation. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or other painkillers unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache may occur.

Precautions
Inform the doctor about stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or an allergy to painkillers. Avoid excessive alcohol. Use during pregnancy, especially the last three months, only if specifically prescribed. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, breathing difficulty or facial swelling.
